Delivery/Collection Service Recruitment
Due to continued expansion and internal promotion AWR Ltd are currently looking to expand their delivery/collection service. The position on offer is a full time position for 40 hours per week ( typically hours are 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. however there will be a need for a flexible approach to working hours )
The candidate should hold a full UK driving license suitable for driving a long wheelbase transit van or similar. We expect the candidate to be hard working with a good manual skill set and good inter personnel communications skill. As a part of the job you will be communicating with all of our existing customers and as such we would expect a good level of presentation and communication.
Basic responsibilities :-
To deliver refurbished alloy wheels to customers and to collect wheels requiring refurbishment. When you are not delivering you will be expected to assist in the day to day activities inside the factory. These will include data recording of wheels, tyre fitting and removal, wheel preparation, wheel painting and wheel straightening.
Whilst experience in a painting ( wet paint and powder ) and/or car body shop environment would be useful we offer full and ongoing training for the correct applicants.
On receipt of your application we will consider your suitability and arrange an interview at our factory. Starting salary will be £7.00 per hour initially you will be employed on a 3 month probationary period on successful completion of which we will re-evaluate as necessary.
